Customer Quality Manager
Tawanda Walker is the Customer Quality Manager at Gexpro Services. In her role, she is responsible for the adherence to Customer requirements, ISO/AS Standards, as well as Government Regulations.
Prior to joining Gexpro Services, Mrs. Walker held roles of increasing responsibility at General Electric that included Business Transformations, Regulatory Compliance, Customer Quality Engineering, and Commercial Operations. She has traveled extensively in Europe supporting local Quality Systems implementations and ERP consolidations.
Mrs. Walker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. She is a certified Six Sigma® Green Belt and Microsoft Certified Professional™.
