Program Management
Our Program Management and Inside Sales teams are responsible for the day-to-day execution and fulfillment for our production inventory programs. This team, along with our extensive group of subject matter experts, support the complex supply chain challenges our customers depend on us to solve every day.
Operations & Supply Chain Solutions
Our Operations and Supply Chain Solutions teams create daily opportunities to problem solve and develop creative solutions. These teams focus on efficiencies, synergies, and continuous improvement in every facet from inventory to logistics to new customer implementation or expanding current customer solutions.
Sourcing & Procurement
Our Sourcing and Procurement teams partner with the best suppliers in the industry to meet our customers’ unique product and quality requirements. From procuring material to negotiating long term agreements, our sourcing team is key to delivering for our customers and the business.
Commercial Sales
Our Commercial Sales team focuses on delivering and driving value for our customers. A typical week will include strategic account management, business development and launching new VMI and kitting programs. Our team interacts with all functional areas of the business and provides the voice of the customer to our internal stakeholders.
Quality
Our Quality team works with suppliers and customers to provide the best product. Whether it is performing audits, managing global regulatory compliance, qualifying parts, managing supplier disruption recovery, creating/modifying controlled procedures, or initiating laboratory inspections and tests, our team is involved from end-to-end in the delivery of quality products and services to support our customer’s needs.

Summer internships
A hands-on program that immerses participants into the world of supply chain management. Interns will be exposed to Sales, Operations, and Sourcing/Procurement functions. The goal for summer interns is to transition into a full-time role with Gexpro Services.
Services leadership program
A two-year, leadership rotational program with two main tracks: Manufacturing Services and Distribution Services. During the two years, participants will gain knowledge and experience through project-based work in various functions. Participants must remain geographically mobile while in the program. Upon completion of the program, participants will enter a full-time role based off their interest, skills, and business need.
