Megan Rios is the Global Director, Sourcing and Procurement for Gexpro Services. In Megan’s role, she oversees strategic sourcing, procurement, business analytics, trade compliance, and international logistics for the entire business. She and her team utilize a pragmatic approach to supply chain management, utilizing data, market research, and relationships to improve total cost of ownership for its customers. Megan started her career with Gexpro Services 18 years ago after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Purdue University.

Prior to her current position, Mrs. Rios held several key field leadership roles within the business, including West Region Manager, Branch Manager, and Operations Manager. In these roles, she focused on driving long-term sustainable growth by delivering value to customers and suppliers through commercial diligence, supply chain efficiencies, and meticulous P&L management.
