Laura McConnell

Global Director, Human Resources|Gexpro Services

Laura McConnell is the Global Director, Human Resources at Gexpro Services. In her role, she leads the human resources function across the organization including talent development, performance management, compensation planning, employee relations, recruitment and retention, training, organizational planning, benefits and payroll.

Prior to her existing role, Ms. McConnell held a variety of key HR positions is distribution, manufacturing and retail. She is a graduate of Rexel’s Human Resources Leadership Program, supported multiple business and functions as Director, Human Resources with Rexel and served as Director, Human Resources with Hertz leading a team of HR professionals in Texas and Oklahoma to support over 1,000 union and non union employees.

Ms. McConnell holds a BS in Management from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
