Sustainability That Strengthens Supply Chain Performance
OVERVIEW
At Gexpro Services, we share a commitment to operate under sustainable business practices that meet today’s needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own. We dedicate ourselves to comply with all applicable safety laws, regulations, and requirements; to prevent pollution, conserve resources and minimize waste; to cultivate safe, healthy and productive work environments; to operate with integrity, honesty and accountability; to promote sustainability throughout our supply chain; and to continually improve the sustainability management system.
Environmental Responsibility
We are committed to minimizing environmental impact and supporting sustainable practices by complying with all environmental laws and standards, promoting resource efficiency and responsible operations, and supporting environmental performance goals, including greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.
Supplier Governance & ESG Statement
We implement a risk-based supplier governance framework with due diligence, monitoring, audits, and corrective actions across its value chain. Our Supplier Code aligns with UNGC, UNGPs, OECD, Due Diligence Guidance, ILO standards, and the RBA Code of Conduct. We are committed to human rights, modern slavery prevention, environmental responsibility, and ethical business practices in our global supply chain.
Human Rights & Modern Slavery
We are committed to respecting internationally recognized human rights and maintaining a workplace and supply chain free from forced labor and human trafficking, child labor, discrimination and harassment. Gexpro Services manages human rights risks through governance and internal controls, risk-based due diligence in the supply chain, monitoring and corrective actions, grievance reporting channels and non-retaliation protections.
Ethics, Integrity & Accountability
Our Code requires all employees and representatives to comply with anti-corruption, antitrust, and competition laws, act with integrity in all business interactions, protect confidential information and data, use emerging technologies, including AI, responsibly, and maintain accessible reporting mechanisms and strictly prohibit retaliation for good-faith reporting.
LOOKING AHEAD
Science-Based Targets Commitment
We have established 2024 as our baseline year and are committed to reducing our Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by at least 42% by 2030, aligned with a 1.5°C pathway. We are advancing toward 100% renewable electricity across our operations and will develop a science-based Scope 3 target as value chain reporting expands. Together, these commitments support our transition to a low-carbon operating model and alignment with global climate goals.
