What We Do

Gexpro Services provides critical B and C Class components supporting the Wind, Solar, and Energy Storage markets. Our broad array of products offered include made-to-print fabrications, high strength hardware, electrical assemblies, specially coated fasteners, consumables, shipping fixtures, and more. We specialize in holistic sourcing practices to evaluate best cost country sourcing and quality at the highest standards. We have a diverse base of qualified manufacturers around the globe to support Mechanical, Electrical, and C-Class demands from OEM, Tier 1, and O&M customers around the world.

We pair our broad product offering with customized supply chain management programs including services such as: Vendor Managed Inventory, Customized Kitting, APQP4Wind Supplier and Part Qualifications, Value Engineering, and Just-in-Time Point of Use delivery. Our best in class customer programs are backed by a dedicated Supply Chain Solutions team and a full suite of technologies including RFID, digital and custom labels and barcoding, and automation options such as weigh scale and vending machines.

Our customers are incredibly diverse with manufacturing facilities on six continents and over a dozen countries. We support Wind Energy OEM assembly plants, Tier 1 suppliers including Tower, Blade, and Nacelle factories, A-Item manufacturers including Gearboxes, Transformers, and Cooling units. We support production lines across the globe while also providing material shipped direct to the Sites for pre-commissioning activities.

Our customers in the solar power industry produce solar panels, inverters, racking and balance of system components to implement and build solar power systems deployed in residential, commercial and industrial settings.

Our customers in the energy storage industry provide fully integrated, AC-connected energy storage systems that connect to a building or utility network. Storage can be deployed both on the grid and at an individual consumer’s home or business. A complex technology, its economics are shaped by customer type, location, grid needs, regulations, customer load shape, rate structure, and nature of the application.

The broad customer base that we are fortunate to support has built our expertise over the last 2 decades. We’ve provide a diverse product range including but not limited to: 10.9 grade M30 to M72 Machine Head and Hub Hardware, Custom Carbon and Stainless Steel Welded and Machined Fabrications, Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon and ABS components, Tower Flange Bolts, Tower Entry Stairs, Mechanical and Electrical Tower Internals, Blade Bolts, Lightning Protection Systems, Consumables such as greases, filters, and lubricants, and other MRO components.
