Bryan DeChellis is a Supply Chain Solutions Team Lead specializing in Vendor Managed Inventory programs for manufacturing OEMs worldwide. In his role, he designs and leads high-impact VMI strategies that improve service levels, optimize inventory, and support reliable manufacturing operations.

Mr. DeChellis brings deep experience solving complex supply chain challenges through data-driven strategy, operational rigor, and advanced inventory analytics. He is known for transforming fragmented processes into scalable VMI solutions, improving forecast accuracy, reducing total cost, and delivering measurable performance improvements across global supply networks.
