Service Center Manager
Aaron Graves is the Service Center Manager supporting Aerospace and Defense. In this role he is accountable for A&Ds profit and loss business performance, execution, provide management of cross functional support teams, and leads the A&D Program Managers to partner with the A&D Sales and Business Development teams to expand key customer programs, customer share expansion and new customer development opportunities.
Aaron began his career with Gexpro Services over 20 years ago supporting Quality and Operations. Aaron led quality compliance, process improvement, technology investments and implemented 5S/lean initiatives across all verticals to drive operational excellence. Aaron held various positions such as Quality Engineer, Warehouse Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Irving Hub Manger. He has earned various Leadership awards including Quality Champion and Elite Performer.
Aaron currently resides in the Dallas/Ft Worth Area
