Jim Rihaly is a renowned expert in adhesives, labels, and decals, with over 20 years of experience in research, development, and application. As the Technical Sales Manager (Adhesives and Labels) at GexPro Services, Jim leads projects ranging from high-performance industrial adhesives to durable and visually appealing consumer labels and decals.

Passionate about sustainability and innovation, Jim has pioneered eco-friendly adhesive formulations and advanced labeling solutions that meet high standards of durability and performance. Their expertise includes pressure-sensitive adhesives, hot melts, and UV-curable adhesives, with applications in the automotive, packaging, and electronics industries.

Jim is also dedicated to education and mentorship, regularly conducting workshops and training sessions for professionals and students. An active member of SGIA and Sustainable CPG, Jim has received several awards for contributions to the field.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys golfing and hiking in national parks, drawing inspiration for creative problem-solving in the industry.

Brian Palmer is a Technical Leader for Electrical Assembly and Integration at Gexpro Services. In his role, he supports the electrical assembly and integration business with a focus on renewables, conventional power generation, transportation and industrial control solutions.

Mr. Palmer has over 30 years experience in electrical assembly, design, and project management, including 18 years with Gexpro Services. His expertise includes design review and BOM development from customer conceptual drawings, vendor part cross-referencing for regulatory compliance, and conducting site visits to evaluate DMP, kitting, and substitution opportunities. Additionally, he provides comprehensive support for first article builds, qualifications, and new product introduction training.

Brian is passionate about delivering technical excellence and providing the hands-on guidance necessary to ensure successful integration and project execution for his customers.

Monica Stacey is a Technical Sales Leader, MRO at Gexpro Services. In her role, she supports customers and sales teams with a hands-on, results-driven approach focused on industrial sales and MRO solutions.

Ms. Stacey brings nearly 20 years of experience providing product application support, B.O.M. rationalization and standardization strategies, and technical guidance on product identification, standards clarification, and troubleshooting. Her background also includes supplier development, print and specification review, and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
