MRO Technical Sales Leader

With almost 20 years of experience in industrial sales and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) solutions, I bring deep technical expertise and a hands-on approach to driving results for both customers and sales teams. My focus is on delivering value through product application support, B.O.M. (Bill of Materials) rationalization, and standardization strategies that simplify procurement and optimize operational efficiency.

In my current role, I support the sales teams and customers by providing guidance on product identification, standards clarification, and technical troubleshooting. I’m also actively involved in supplier development, print and specification review, and BOM development, helping to identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.

I’m passionate about building trusted relationships, driving continuous improvement, and being a reliable technical partner across the supply chain—from supplier collaboration to end-user support.

Outside of work, I’m happiest on the water. I spend my summers exploring the Great Lakes by boat, recharging with family and friends, and soaking up all the beauty this region has to offer.
