Robert H. Connors
Chief Executive Officer
Robert Connors is our CEO here at Gexpro Services, a world-class Supply Chain Services outsource provider, for original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in the Energy, Transportation, Consumer & Industrial, Aerospace & Defense and Technology vertical segments. Gexpro Services is a full line C-Part distributor of fasteners and electrical, mechanical and fabricated products.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Connors held key leadership roles with Rexel Holdings USA and General Electric, including Division President and General Manager GE Supply Logistics, General Manager Sales GE Transmission & Distribution and Region Sales Manager for GE’s Industrial Systems Automation, Technology & Services business. In addition, he held several field leadership roles as Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Sales Leader with GE Supply during his 18 year career with General Electric.
Mr. Connors holds a B.S. degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics from Northeastern University.
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Shilling
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Schilling is the Chief Financial Officer at Gexpro Services. In his role he is responsible for overseeing all the financial operations, monitoring cash flow and reviewing strategic plans to improve the company’s overall financial performance.
Prior to joining Gexpro Services, Mr. Schilling held multiple roles including CFO at Electrical Source Holdings (Nabco); VP Finance and FP&A Manager at Rexel USA; Vice President – FP&A at JPMorgan Chase. He has completed multiple acquisitions and worked with existing PE partners on the successful sale to a larger PE firm. He has 25 years of experience in the Distribution Industry.
Mr. Schilling holds a BBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
Chief Operating Officer
Ray Herzog
Chief Operating Officer
Ray Herzog is the Chief Operating Officer at Gexpro Services. In his role, he leads all our acquisitions and integration efforts across the business as well as the Aerospace and Defense Vertical.
Prior to his existing role, Mr. Herzog has held positions as Chief Commercial Officer, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Region Manager, District Manager, Branch Manager, Hub Operations Manager, and Implementations Manager. Previously, Mr. Herzog was a Project Engineering Manager for FSI International (now TEL FSI, Inc.) where he was responsible for the design and configuration of microlithography systems for the semiconductor industry. Prior to working in the private sector, Mr. Herzog was a commissioned officer in the US Army serving multiple active tours of duty.
Mr. Herzog holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Eric Wilk
Chief Commercial Officer
Eric Wilk is the Chief Commercial Officer at Gexpro Services. In his role, he leads all commercial strategy and development across the organization, including marketing, global account management, technical sales, and new business development.
Prior to rejoining Gexpro Services in 2025, Mr. Wilk served as President of Hercules Sealing Products, leading the Aftermarket Organization for North and South America. Before that, he held multiple leadership roles at Würth Industry North America, including CEO of the MRO, Safety, and Metalworking Division, and Vice President of the East Region. He also served as Managing Director of Oliver H. Van Horn Co., a supply chain integration company specializing in technical solutions for machine tools, cutting tools, and abrasives.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wilk held a series of progressive leadership positions at Gexpro Services from 2006 to 2016, including Region Manager, District Manager, and Branch Manager. He began his career in GE’s Distribution Sales Leadership Program and also earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification during his time with the company.
Mr. Wilk holds a BS in Management from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Megan Rios
VP, Sourcing & Procurement
Megan Rios is the VP of Sourcing & Procurement for Gexpro Services. In Megan’s role, she oversees strategic sourcing, procurement, business analytics, trade compliance, and international logistics for the entire business. She and her team utilize a pragmatic approach to supply chain management, utilizing data, market research, and relationships to improve total cost of ownership for its customers. Megan started her career with Gexpro Services after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in business management from Purdue University.
Prior to her current position, Megan held several key field leadership roles within the business, including West Region Manager, Branch Manager, and Operations Manager. In these roles, she focused on driving long-term sustainable growth by delivering value to customers and suppliers through commercial diligence, supply chain efficiencies, and meticulous P&L management.
VP, Service Centers & Sites
Mark Harrison
VP, Service Centers & Sites
Mark Harrison is the VP of Service Centers & Sites at Gexpro Services. In this role since 2019, he leads all of the facility’s P&Ls, employee development activities, and customer program execution.
Before his existing role, Mr. Harrison supported Gexpro Services as a Vertical Sales Leader for the Renewables and Power Generation markets, Region Manager for the Eastern USA, Branch Manager for Pensacola, FL, and Program Manager at GE Gas Power, GE Industrial Systems, and GE Wind. He is a GE Leadership Program graduate, including Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training, and has been with the company for 21 years.
Mark holds a BS in Industrial Management from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
VP, Quality & Risk Management
Jeff Cline
VP, Quality & Risk Management
Jeff Cline is the VP of Quality & Risk Management at Gexpro Services. In his role, he is responsible for the design, documentation, and maintenance of end-to-end Business Risk Management and Quality Management Systems.
Prior to joining Gexpro Services, Mr. Cline held roles of increasing responsibility at Westinghouse and General Electric that included Field Engineering, Project Management, Engineering Management, Branch Management, and Six Sigma® Quality. He has traveled extensively in China and other parts of Asia and Europe supporting supplier development and global supply chain risk mitigation initiatives.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Wake Forest’s Babcock Graduate School of Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Control Systems and certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt.

Alex Crocker
VP, Operations
Alex Crocker is the VP of Operations for Gexpro Services. In her role, she leads the operations function across the organization which includes freight, safety, facilities and business innovation.
Prior to her current position, Alex held leadership roles as the Service Center Manager for Aerospace and Defense, Global Account Manager and Supply Chain Solutions project lead, where she led cross functional engagements across multiple verticals and customers. She also previously worked as a consultant for a global IT consulting firm.
Alex joined Gexpro Services in 2014 and holds a BS in Business Management from Clemson University.

Laura McConnell
VP, Human Resources
Laura McConnell is the VP of Human Resources at Gexpro Services. In her role, she leads the human resources function across the organization including talent development, performance management, compensation planning, employee relations, recruitment and retention, training, organizational planning, benefits and payroll.
Prior to her existing role, Ms. McConnell held a variety of key HR positions is distribution, manufacturing and retail. She is a graduate of Rexel’s Human Resources Leadership Program, supported multiple business and functions as Director, Human Resources with Rexel and served as Director, Human Resources with Hertz leading a team of HR professionals in Texas and Oklahoma to support over 1,000 union and non-union employees.
Laura holds a BS in Management from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.

Matthew Key
VP, Information Technology
Matthew Key is the VP of Information Technology at Gexpro Services. In his role, he has responsibility for the IT function across the organization which includes the business ERP’s as well as infrastructure, telephony, helpdesk and Cyber Security.
Prior to his existing role, Mr. Key held a variety of key positions in Branch Management, P&L management and was previously the Global Operations Director. He has spent 25+ years with the company and has worked in several different sites in the US.
Matthew holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Autrie Bacon
VP, Supply Chain Solutions
Autrie Bacon is the VP of Supply Chain Solutions at Gexpro Services. In his role, he leads the supply chain function across the organization, supporting new business development, scope expansion, and continuous improvement.
Prior to his existing role, Mr. Bacon held a variety of key functional positions as Quality Engineer, Global Quality Control Manager and Hub Operations Manager in Irving, TX.

Anna Keller
General Manager
Anna Keller is the General Manager at Gexpro Services Europe. In her role, she oversees the region’s overarching strategy, operations, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s global objectives and growth targets.
Anna brings over a decade of financial leadership and operational expertise to her position, having served as Finance Manager before joining Gexpro Services Europe in 2014. Her extensive academic background includes an MBA and CPA, as well as holder of Economist and Leadership & Management MSc degrees from Budapest Business University.
Throughout her tenure, she has developed a profound understanding of the company’s culture and guiding principles, building a proven track record of driving growth through strategic thinking and a commitment to operational excellence.

Gergely Burik
Commercial Lead
Gergely Burik is a Commercial Lead at Gexpro Services Europe. In his role, he is responsible for the company’s commercial activities and leads new business development initiatives to drive organizational growth.
Mr. Burik brings more than 10 years of industrial experience across both operations and sales. His diverse professional background is supported by a strong academic foundation, holding an Engineering Degree from the University of Pannonia and an Economist Degree from Budapest Business School.

Human Resources Manager
Mária Pinter-File is the Leader of People and Culture at Gexpro Services Europe. In her role, she is responsible for the oversight of all human resources functions, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and the cultivation of a thriving company culture.
Mária brings over 15 years of professional, regional, and leadership experience to the team. Since joining Gexpro Services Europe at the end of 2014, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience. A highly dedicated HR expert, she holds a Human Resources degree from the University of Pécs and possesses a deep understanding of regional HR dynamics and leadership strategy.
Mária is passionate about fostering a supportive work environment and leveraging her extensive expertise to ensure that people remain at the heart of the company’s success.
