ASIA QUALITY MANAGER

Alice Shi is the Asia Quality Manager at Gexpro Services. In her role, she is responsible for the qualification of products and the maintenance of Quality Management Systems by driving process consistency to ensure compliance with customer requirements and designing continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and cycle time and improve fulfillment.

Prior to joining Gexpro Services, Mrs. Shi held roles of increasing responsibility at Fedders Corporation, APC by Schneider Electric and Ryerson China that included Supplier Development, Supplier Quality Management, Global Quality Management, Project Management and Operation Management. She has comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes regarding plastic injection, sheet metal, power cables, motors, PCB boards, resistors, capacitors, UPS, as well as special processes of welding, heat treatment, thermal spray zinc, powder coating, hot dip galvanization, electrical plating, delta tone and GEOMET coating for high strength fasteners, machining products and fabricated parts.

Mrs. Shi holds a Bachelor of arts from Ocean University of China. She is an IRCA certified ISO9000 lead auditor with working knowledge of and application of UL/CE/CSA/IEC/ANSI/CCC and other relevant Global Regulatory Codes.
